| Converting Adobe Illustrator files (AI or EPS) into JPG files |

Create your image at full size (print size) if possible
From the FILE menu, select Export…
From the "Save as type" drop-down menu, select JPEG (*.JPG)
Choose the location where you would like to save your file, type a name for the file, then click the SAVE button |

In the JPEG Options dialog box, select the following:
Image
Quality: 10 Maximum
Color Model: (select the color model that your image was designed in)
Format
Method: Baseline (Standard)
Resolution
Depth: High (300 dpi)
Note: If your Illustrator file was created at full size (100% scale), you can select Medium (150 dpi) for the resolution depth
Options
Check the Anti-Alias box
Uncheck the Embed ICC Profile box
Click OK |

In the Convert to Bitmap dialog box, select the following:
Image Size
Width: 100%
Height: 100%
Resolution 300 dpi
Check Maintain original size
Note: if your file was created at full size (100% scale), you can select 150 dpi for the resolution
Color
Color Mode: RGB Color (24-bit)
Uncheck Apply ICC profile |

Check Anti-aliasing
Click OK |

In the JPEG Export dialog box, select the following:
Encoding Method
Uncheck Progressive
Uncheck Optimize |

Properties
Compression: as low as possible (largest number)
Smoothing: as low as possible (largest number)
Click OK |
